Our property portfolio includes a mix of housing types, such as houses, bungalows, apartment buildings, high-rise flats, sheltered housing, and extra care homes. However, we only maintain appliances in short-term let social housing, (which vary in type, construction, and age). Hillingdon Council has a legal responsibility to maintain the supplied white goods within these properties, so they are kept in good working order for our residents and staff who use them daily. The
