The provider is seeking improvements to their service to ensure equity for all.\nThe information gathered evidences that the incumbent provider meets the key criteria and gives assurance that they can continue to provide the service within the new contract.\nAll involved in the process completed a conflict of interest declaration. No conflicts were identified.",
