For more information see: https://www.gov.scot/policies/public-sector-procurement/community-benefits-in-procurement/\r\n A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:\r\n The Supplier acknowledges that the Client may be required to provide Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting as part of compliance with requirements from the Client\u0027s funders during the lifecycle of this contract.\r\n During the lifecycle of this contract, the Client may request the Supplier to prepare, collect, or submit specific ESG reporting data, including but not limited to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, or qualitative information relevant to environmental, social, and governance aspects.\r\n The Supplier shall use reasonable skill, care, and diligence to comply with such requests, provided the requirements are within the scope of the Supplier\u00e2\u0080\u0099s expertise, professional capabilities, and contractual obligations under this Agreement.\r\n The Supplier acknowledges that the specific requirements for ESG reporting from the Client\u00e2\u0080\u0099s funders may evolve or be clarified over the lifecycle of the contract.\r\n The Supplier agrees to adapt and provide reasonable support to ensure compliance with such evolving ESG reporting requirements, as reasonably requested by the Client.
