The SPD sets Minimum Standards that suppliers must achieve. Within each submitted SPD response, Tenderers should note the following selection criteria :\r\n 1 It is a mandatory requirement that the tenderer holds Umbraco Gold or Platinum certification. Copies of certificates must be provided with the tender submission. Lower or alternative certification shall not be considered;\r\n 2 That they hold full ISO27001 accreditation, or equivalent. Copies of certification must be provided with the tender submission;\r\n 3 That their insurance cover meets the following levels:\r\n Employer\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Compulsory Liability Insurance (GBP10 million)\r\n Professional Indemnity Insurance (GBP5 million)\r\n Public Liability Insurance (GBP10 million)",
