The bidders demonstrated that they held a UKAS (or equivalent) accredited independent third party certificate of compliance with BS EN ISO 14001 (or equivalent) or a valid EMAS (or equivalent) certificate or provide additional supportive information as detailed within \"PS 451 26 Document 4 SPD (Scotland) Standardised Statements\".\r\n 6. Falkirk Council managed this procurement exercise as lead authority. Falkirk Council acts on behalf of itself (i.e. as a principal), dealing with the award of work in-house for the Falkirk Council Area of operations. The contract(s) for the service for the Stirling and Clackmannanshire areas of operations will be between the provider(s), Stirling Council and Clackmannanshire Council.\r\n The works are all contained within the 3 Authorities boundaries, and each works instruction will be supported with a location plan identifying the position, and extent of the works.
