Nairn Health Care Group have delivered this service in the area for over 15 years with no concerns regarding\r\n service delivery. They are based within the Hospital, meaning they can deliver the service with no operational/organisational\r\n change. A tender exercise was undertaken in 2023, resulting in a single submission from Nairn Health Care Group. This\r\n further evidences the rationale for proceeding with the VEAT (Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency) process.",
