        "description": "This is a pre-qualification activity in advance of a formal tender process.\r\n ScotRail requires a Service Provider (SP) to provide Environmental Monitoring, Testing and Analysis Services. These services will include periodic testing and audits in conformance with the ScotRail\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Environmental Management Plan.\r\n The SP will provide environmental testing to four separate areas of ScotRail operations. The first is the depot testing service, the operations site testing, the ISFE locations and on train testing services. On train testing refers to all ScotRail operated fleet testing.\r\n Depots - Corkerhill, Glasgow; Haymarket, Edinburgh; Inverness; Shields, Glasgow.\r\n ISFE Locations - Perth; Eastfield, Glasgow; Cadder, Glasgow; Millerhill, Edinburgh.\r\n Operations Locations - Ayr; Bathgate; Yoker, Glasgow.\r\n Aims of the Services\r\n -Create a safe working environment for staff\r\n -Meet Regulatory Compliance\r\n -Meet Sustainability targets\r\n -Protect the land in and around the sites in which we operate\r\n -Reduce risk to neighbours\r\n Technical Requirements\r\n Description of services shall include, but are not limited to:\r\n 1.
