Because here\u00e2\u0080\u0099s the kicker: the Challenges we issue aren\u00e2\u0080\u0099t \u00e2\u0080\u0098single organisation\u00e2\u0080\u0099 problems \u00e2\u0080\u0093 most exist worldwide.\r\n In short: Open Challenges are set. Any organisation, team or individual can respond.
