    "description": "The Contract will principally comprise litter picking, grass cutting, leaf collection, tree, shrub bed, planters and hedging landscape maintenance services to existing properties and common landscaped areas throughout Elderpark, Govan, Ibrox, Cessnock and Kinning Park, Glasgow to the areas detailed within the Landscape Architects tender drawings and Elderpark Housing Association\u00e2\u0080\u0099s property address list (refer Tender Document K \u00e2\u0080\u0093 Elderpark HA Address List). The Contract may also include an annual tree survey service, tree and stump removal works, and repairs to existing damaged grass areas.\r\n The Contract may also include Elderpark Housing Association\u00e2\u0080\u0099s \u00e2\u0080\u0098helpline\u00e2\u0080\u0099 garden maintenance scheme involving landscape maintenance to gardens of elderly residents. However, this work is provisional and not guaranteed, and Bidder\u00e2\u0080\u0099s rates for the \u00e2\u0080\u0098helpline\u00e2\u0080\u0099 garden scheme will not be taken into account in the tender evaluation.The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 1st July 2023 and the completion date is 30th June 2025.\r\n Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator\u00e2\u0080\u0099s (Refer Tender Document F), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of two further years until 2027. Orders for future landscape maintenance services may be placed by Elderpark Housing Association during Year Thee, Year Four or at any point until expiry of the Measured Term Contract (maximum of four years from the date of entering into the Contract).",
