The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR Wales.\r\n Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by E-mail: marisa.riley2@wales.nhs.uk\r\n The award decision makers for this process are the Nursing Mental Health Team and the Mental Health Clinical Operational Team within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.\r\n The decision to select the chosen provider and to utilise the Most Suitable Provider Process was based on the following:\r\n - Changing the incumbent provider could risk destabilising service users currently living in Mind supported housing, where strong and well established relationships with staff are already in place.\r\n - The existing housing provision is already established and will continue to support service users with minimal disruption.\r\n - A transitional period is required, as the contract management for this service previously sat with Cardiff Council. The service will be subject to a future tender process, where wider market engagement can take place.\r\n No providers were excluded from the procurement process;\r\n There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.\r\n Information that has not been published and is withheld under regulation 23(1) due to commercial sensitivity\r\n (WA Ref:162528)",
