    "description": "Cwmpas wishes to appoint up to 6 Suppliers to a framework for professional valuations, tax advice, and VAT advisory services. The framework will run for three years with the potential to extend for a further 12 month period at the discretion of Cwmpas, this may be determined by the delivery and performance of the existing suppliers.To work with a Cwmpas Business Consultant to support clients who are looking to transition their business, including investigating the potential of transferring the ownership of the business to its employees, or to one of the four legal structures as defined by the Health and Social Care Wales Act 2025. support may include:-\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\tTo advise on financial issues including tax; company valuations; financial planning and critically reviewing financial information.\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\tTo provide information and support to access finance to support employee buy-outs and other social business investment needs.\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\tTo provide forensic analysis of management accounts; and company restructuring.\u00e2\u0080\u00a2\tGuidance on changes to tax and VAT regulations.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=159705.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
