Description

As part of the ‘Welsh Government Building Safety Remediation Fund’. A Fire Safety Review has been undertaken at The Osborne Apartments, Rothersldade Road, Swansea. This has highlighted a number of areas that need to be rectified in order to lower the risk of fire and fire spread within the building.The Osborne Apartments now wish to enter into contract with a Contractor to deliver the identified works.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=159599.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. This is a repost of the tender posted 29/10/2025. No information has changed in the documentation.
