Description

The Nutsche filter-dryer will enable us to scale Prussian White cathode active materials synthesis for sodium-ion batteries from lab-scale to kilo-scale pilot production, improving efficiency and validating commercial feasibility. We've scaled from ~35g to ~200g, but current centrifugation is time-consuming and degrades material quality through air exposure. The Agitated Nutsche Filter-Dryer shall enable solid-liquid phase separation as well as washing and drying of powdered product under inert atmosphere or vacuum conditions. The equipment is to be delivered at Bay Campus. This requirement is split into 2 Lots:Lot 1 – Filter-Dryer UnitLot 2 – Temperature Control Unit & AccessoriesNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
