    "description": "The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society (RWAS) seeks consultancy support to undertake comprehensive feasibility studies for two priority projects identified in the 2023 Royal Welsh Showground Vision \u0026 Masterplan. These studies are funded through the UK Government\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF).Work Package A: Royal Welsh Farm Shop \u0026 Kitchen - feasibility study examining market demand, business models, facility requirements, and funding strategies for a year-round farm shop and kitchen facility.Work Package B: Sheep, Shearing \u0026 Woolhandling Centre of Excellence - comprehensive review of sheep sector buildings and facilities to identify the most strategic approach to replacing the NSA building whilst enhancing facilities to create a unified centre of excellence.Both feasibility studies must be completed by February 2026.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=157030.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
