    "description": "RSPB Cymru is developing a peatland restoration project for the Cwm Pennant Estate (South Berwyn) and on Dolydd Moor (North Berwyn). As part of the project development peat depths are required across the entirety of the site.We require a contractor to measure the depth of the peat at regular intervals across Cwm Pennant (700-ha) and Dolydd Moor (470-ha). Peat depth measurements will be required at 50m intervals across the 1170 hectares to align with mandatory peatland restoration standards. The resulting data will then dictate the area eligible for restoration and contributes to the estimated carbon emissions calculations.
