Description

Cyngor Gwynedd needs to commission a provider to provide equality training, specifically on anti-racsim issues, to enable our staff to develop their understanding of the broad field, in a safe and supportive environment. The organisation recognises the importance of having staff better understand the field, in order to create a fair and inclusive society that is conscious of and responsive to racial injustice.Note - This training will be part of a wider programme, which looks to ensure staff receive specific training on different areas of equality. The intention is to offer further titles in the field that discuss specific protected characteristics, highlighting different barriers that diverse communities face. The Council wishes to appoint a provider who can deliver the training in Welsh and English.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155842.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
