    "description": "Coleg Cambria wish to employ a Design Team with suitable skills and services to deliver an Animal Skills Centre / educational teaching building to deliver both practical and theory based teaching sessions for students attending the College.It is anticipated that the building will be approximately 1300m2 over a single floor, comprising but not limited to the following: - \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Up to 8no. workshop teaching spaces \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Designated changing and locker facilities \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 WC\u00e2\u0080\u0099s \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Staff facilities to include offices \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Circulation space \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Storage \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Plant rooms. An estimated construction cost will be 4 million GBP with a 6-month design, planning and technical design allocation followed by a 12-month construction period.",
