For example, a supplier maybe located near the English / Scottish border \u0026 choose to bid for lot 1 or lot 2.The framework is open for use by Defra, APHA, Scottish Government \u0026 Welsh Government. However, in practice we expected APHA will make all, or the majority, of awards under this framework agreement.",
