The delivery of this campaign is an integral part of a number of the Welsh Government’s priorities, including the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan and LGBTQ+ Action Plan –both of which feature the Hate Hurts Wales Campaign as a key action – as well as the work of the Disability Rights Taskforce and the Faith Communities Forum. The campaign also aligns with the well-being goals of a more equal Wales and a Wales of more cohesive communities, put in place by the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.The campaign first launched in March 2021, and since then bursts have included television and radio advertising, digital advertising, advertising at bus and train stations and on buses, and out of home advertising. There has also been activity linked to the National Hate Crime Awareness Week in October. This contract is for the continuation and further development of the Hate Hurts Wales campaign for 12 months, with the possibility of extension of a further 12 months (subject to a review in late 2025/early 2026).",
