Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd cynigion gan ymgynghorwyr pensaernïol cymwys ac â phrofiad i gynnal astudiaeth dichonoldeb ar gyfer datblygiad preswyl ar dir yn Nhanygrisiau, Gwynedd, LL41 3SL. Bydd yr astudiaeth yn asesu hyfywedd uchafswm o 30 o unedau tai cymysg, gan gynnwys tai cymdeithasol a byngalos â chyfyngiad oedran, fel rhan o Brosiect Tŷ Gwynedd.Cyngor Gwynedd invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced architectural consultants to undertake a feasibility study for a residential development on land at Tanygrisiau, Gwynedd, LL41 3SL.
