    "description": "Llanarmon yn Ial Community Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced playground contractor to upgrade Llanarmon yn Ial Playing Field, Llanferres Road, Mold, Denbighshire CH7 4QX.The work involves:i.\tDesigning the layoutii.\tProviding concept drawings for consultation with local residentsiii.\tFinalising the plans based on feedback from the consultationiv.\tApplying for any necessary permissionsv.\tPreparatory groundworks and re instatement of grassed areasvi.\tSupplying and installing the chosen play equipment sited on appropriate safety surfacingvii.\tRefurbishing existing equipment if appropriateviii.\tProviding certification confirming compliance with all relevant accessibility, safety standards and regulationsThe park is located in a rural area and it is envisaged that where possible, quality wooden equipment be installed in metal post shoes.The park will be used by children ranging in age from toddler to mid-teens and the vision is to divide the park into two separate areas with suitable enclosed fencing and gate around the infant area:1.\tInfant area to include a minimum in wood:i.\t2 x infant swings with cradle seatsii.\t2 x springer ridersiii.\t1 x spinneriv.\t1 x seesawv.\t1 x disabled friendly roundaboutvi.\t1 x possible refurbishment of existing tower2. \tJunior and teen area to include a minimum in wood:i.\t3 bay swing area comprising 2 x flat junior swings and 1 x basket swingii.\tAdventure trailiii.\tTower system-climbing frame.iv.\tRe-surface area around the netball hoop approx.. 6m x 6m.Potential contractors are encouraged to make arrangements with the Clerk to visit the site before responding.Estimated Contract Value: \u00c2\u00a391,000 \u00e2\u0080\u0093\u00c2\u00a393,000The initial cost estimate should be broken down showing the different elements of the work.
