    "description": "This project is to replace the zinc roof covering and profiled aluminium windows on the VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) \u00e2\u0080\u0098top hat\u00e2\u0080\u0099 on the PoMH Goreswood Drive Head office. The building was originally a four-storey building with a timber/steel framed top added, some thirty years ago. After thirty years, the Zinc roof and wall cladding along with the profiled windows are due for replacement.
