    "description": "Award Notice of contract from the Communication \u0026 Marketing Framework F228-2022-2023 - Lot 4 Stand design and build.The Welsh Government\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Climate Change and Rural Affairs Communications team requires the provision of an exhibition and meetings area, within an existing building situated at the Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd, Builth Wells during the Royal Welsh Show (RWS).The overall purpose of the exhibition is to provide a platform for the promotion of Climate Change and Rural Affairs\u00e2\u0080\u0099 priorities, as well as the Welsh Government\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Programme for Government, in respect of the farming industry in Wales and the sustainability of rural communities. It will also enable Welsh Government officials to engage directly with the farming and rural community on a range of issues such as the Sustainable Farming Scheme, small grants, Agricultural Pollution Regulations, animal health and welfare issues and more. The pavilion will also provide a location for Welsh Ministers and senior officials to host engagements, seminars and meetings during the show.The building will be visited by significant numbers of people attending the RWS to find out more information about the Welsh Government. Over the four days, around 250,000 visitors normally attend the Show. It must also incorporate interactive and modern technological elements to help engage with the general public and farming customers attending the event, in line with our desire to help the farming industry modernise and further professionalise.
