BackgroundCommunity and Voluntary Support Conwy (CVSC) is seeking to commission a suitablyexperienced consultant to undertake a focused asset mapping exercise of communitytransport provision delivered by the third sector across the County Borough of Conwy.Community transport is a vital service in this predominantly rural area, often acting as alifeline for people who are socially isolated or lack access to public or private transport.This project aims to build a clear and up-to-date picture of what community transportexists, where gaps lie, the implications of legislation and regulation, and where unmetneed may justify investment in additional provision.
