Employer networks have been established and developed, as well as relationships with key referral routes, including DWP partners throughout Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion, facilitating a continuous flow of participant referrals. The number of successful work outcomes are increasing, demonstrating the effectiveness of the support provided.\r\n By fostering strong partnerships and delivering tailored employment support, the service is well-positioned to help more individuals achieve their employment goals, ultimately contributing to the economic and social well-being of the region.",
