    "description": "This Scope relates to the completion of outstanding scope of the construction of a new overbridge at Ffordd Bleddyn. In addition to the bridge, the recently completed construction works included highway realignment and utility diversions.Works Completed by Others, include but are not limited to the following, and are to be verified by the Contractor;\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Cabling/Switchover Works,o Cabling and electrical switchover works as part of the traffic management (TM) phase 1,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 BT Chamber Removal and backfill,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Southeast (SE) Corner Civil Works,o The reinforced concrete (RC) base for the a Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) was installed,o Signage, the RC foundation for Column 2N, signal sockets, edgings, tactile paving, and VRS were installed,o Construction of Taff Trail footpath corner,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Column Installation,o Column 2N was erected at the designated location and all necessary connections were made,o The electrical connection was completed between Column 2N and Column 1N,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Site Clean-Up and Boundary Installation,o The boundary fence was installed along the VRS/guardrails, securing the area,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Road Reopening,o The road was reopened to traffic under temporary traffic light control and pedestrian crossings.\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Any other completed works completed by Others.The works to be completed, include but are not limited to the following, and are to be verified by the Contractor;\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Cardiff Road drainage works,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Cardiff Road Civils work - install traffic signal NALs, chamber, ducting, height extension to existing steel parapet to cycleway,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Cardiff Road Civils work \u00e2\u0080\u0093 Street Light ducting, chamber, and column 1N RC foundation. Kerbs, Edgings, Tactiles, Signs, Ped Guardrails, tarmac to binder level etc.,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Install traffic signal poles, lights, push buttons, and cabling,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Maintain existing temporary TM arrangements until permanent TM has been installed and commissioned,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Remove TM and re-open road fully to the public under the new permanent traffic light system,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Palisade fencing works along the track and top of the wingwall,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Knotweed removal by hand,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Install key clamp up the wingwall and waterproofing,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Install boundary fence on the batter and finish topsoil around this area,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Profile planing required on Cardiff Road and footpaths.\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Install plug joints, install tarmac on Cardiff Road,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 install ped guardrail to close off south footpath, surface south footpath, and finish road markings,\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 any other incomplete works required by this Contract.",
