The Contractor shall be responsible for visiting the site(s) to take all their own measurements, site surveys, necessary particulars and should arrange with the establishment for gaining access to the relevant areas. This is more applicable to any remedial works that arise from servicing and maintenance works.\r\n The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring continuity between trades if required.\r\n The Contractor must also be familiar with the \u00e2\u0080\u009cRight to Repair Regulations\u00e2\u0080\u009d and ensure that the contracted service provided fulfils this requirement.",
