    "description": "The Council is inviting Contractors to tender for: the provision of grass cutting, and other ancillary operations at selected sites in the County of Pembrokeshire.Tenderers will be given the opportunity to tender for eight separate geographic lots.  Tenderers can bid for any geographic lots, however a maximum number of 4 lots will be awarded per contractor unless insufficient bids are received. Should this be the case, the Council will use its discretion and may award more as required.  Should initial evaluation result in a contractor being potentially successful in more than 4 lots, the contractor will be asked to indicate which lots they would wish to be allocated up to the maximum of 4.",
