    "description": "Caerphilly County Borough Council (the \u00e2\u0080\u009cCouncil\u00e2\u0080\u009d) has awarded a contract for the provision of a study into the factors which influence Rightsizing in later life. In this context, Rightsizing is described as an older persons\u00e2\u0080\u0099 active, positive choice to move home as a means of improving their quality of life (\u00e2\u0080\u009cRightsizing\u00e2\u0080\u009d). The term \u00e2\u0080\u0098older people or older persons\u00e2\u0080\u0099 in this context relates to people over the age of 55.The subsequent report will supplement the Council\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Local Housing Market Assessment to provide a greater understanding of older persons\u00e2\u0080\u0099 housing needs and inform the production of the second (2nd) Replacement Local Development Plan (2RLDP), which will set out the planning policy context for future development in the period up to 2035.",
