Public Health Wales requires an experienced provider to assist us in designing and implementing a practical and interactive workshop that will be rolled out to all our people managers. This workshop will bring together all the strands of our culture blueprint and will give managers the confidence and capability to lead and support the embedding of our ideal culture. to lead and support the embedding of our ideal culture across the employee lifecycle within their local teams and directorates.
