Through a commitment to pursuing a partnership approach with appointed suppliers on this DPS to deliver additional Community Benefits via this process, it will, in addition to delivering the primary service, seek to promote and deliver the additional, wider opportunities. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The successful supplier(s) will be expected to work in partnership with the Contract Manager to maximise the Community Benefits delivered throughout the term of this DPS. Examples of potential Community Benefits may include but are not limited to:\r\n i. Offering recruitment and training opportunities to individuals not currently in education employment or training (NEETs)\r\n ii. Creating opportunities for SMEs to bid for work through successful supplier\u00e2\u0080\u0099s(s\u00e2\u0080\u0099) supply chains\r\n iii. Offering mentoring/business development support\r\n iv. Supporting wider community initiatives or providing meaningful contributions to education\r\n v. Provision of internal training for Council staff via CPD sessions to provide awareness of new products in the wider care sector\r\n It is the Council\u00e2\u0080\u0099s intention to work with its supplier(s) throughout the term of the DPS to agree which benefits may be achievable.\r\n When requested by the Council, the successful supplier(s) shall participate in initiatives to support the economic development goals of the Council.\r\n (WA Ref:160009)",
