    "description": "The Trusts within Sussex ICS have procured Patients Know Best (PKB), which is branded My Health and\r\nCare Record (MHCR) in Sussex. It is governed by the Our Care Connected programme responsible for\r\nimplementation across Sussex NHS Trusts. This is a collaborative programme between the Trusts in Sussex.\r\nMHCR currently provides patients with next day access to their blood test results (1 million per week). In\r\naddition, it is available to all acute patients on a planned care pathway to support their waiting and inform\r\nthem about resources available to them. MHCR reduces patient calls to the trusts and provides information\r\nabout waiting times. It also sends appointment letters to patients digitally and reduces postage and SMS\r\ncosts by sending notifications via the NHS App.",
