    "description": "The Authority intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The service will provide an NHS Health Check programme that will maximise the number of NHS Health Checks delivered, within the available resources. The aim of the Service is to prevent heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and kidney disease, raise awareness of dementia both across the population and within high risk and vulnerable groups.\r\n\r\nThe scope of these services falls within The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This contract has now been awarded; following the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intention to Award notice published on the 18th February 2025. The provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this procurement. The publication of this notice confirms the conclusion of the standstill period.\r\n",
