    "description": "The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the Conditional Out of Court Resolution Interventions. \r\n      \r\n      Adult Out of Court intervention for up to 500 low-medium risk individuals who have committed Domestic Abuse offences. Interventions will be made available for individuals who perpetrate abuse against their intimate partners and for those who commit offences against members of their own family.  It will consist of 2 lots.\r\n      \r\n      The Contract will commence on 1st April 2025 and will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.\r\n      \r\n      Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 1400 hrs on Thursday 28th November 2024. \r\n      \r\n      How to obtain the Tender Documents\r\n      The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting \u0027Tenders\u0027 then \u0027Current\u0027 and \u0027View Details\u0027 on the relevant tender advert and clicking the \u0027Express Interest\u0027 tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs - \u0027Tender\u0027, \u0027ITT - documents\u0027, \u0027Correspondence\u0027, \u0027Clarifications\u0027 and \u0027History\u0027. Select the 2nd tab (ITT - documents) where you will find useful information under \u0027Tender Details\u0027 continue to scroll down to the heading \u0027Tender Documents Received\u0027 where you will be able to view / download the documents.\r\n      \r\n      Please download all the documents and read very carefully.\r\n      \r\n      Opting In and Opting Out\r\n      Please note you are required to \u0027Opt In\u0027 before you can access the \u0027My tender Return\u0027 to start populating your response. \r\n      \r\n      PLEASE NOTE you are required to \u0027Opt In\u0027 to view \u0026 complete the Questionnaire for this project. \r\n      \r\n      Lot Status Submitting and Opting Out\r\n      There are 2 lots: \r\n      Lot 1 - Domestic Abuse Intervention\r\n      Lot 2 - Trauma-Informed Women\u0027s Specific Intervention\r\n      \r\n      Please click on the \u0027No\u0027 button to opt out of a lot you do not wish to apply for.\r\n      \r\n      The functionality to select \u0027Yes\u0027 or \u0027No\u0027 i.e., opt in or out of the different lots will be available throughout the duration of the tender process. \r\n      \r\n      If circumstances change you can choose to select \u0027Yes\u0027 i.e., opt in at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to select \u0027No\u0027 for a lot.\r\n      \r\n      The \u0027Opt Out\u0027 functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process.
