    "description": "The project comprises of the supply, delivery, full installation including service connection, testing and commissioning and training of scheduled motor vehicle lifts in support of the newly built Skegness TEC.\r\n      \r\n      Please note that this is a new build site which will, whilst nearing completion will be under the control of the Main Contractor who will require the normal Health and Safety documentation, site induction etc. Close co-operation with this key partner will be critical. \r\n      \r\n      The TEC Partnership has named a number of products on the drawings/specifications based upon a technical assessment and/or previous use, although the contractor is permitted to offer an alternative if it fully matches the specified technical performance of the named product, this should be priced as an option priced alongside the specified item.
