    "description": "ICT Services of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to extend four HPE support and maintenance agreements which are due to expire on the 31st March 2025. \r\n      To maintain service provision, ICT Services are now inviting HPE resellers to submit a renewal quotation for period 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026. \r\n      \r\n      Existing Service Agreement details:\r\n      If you are interested in submitting a quotation, please send a project correspondence to the portal to request the agreement ID\u0027s and serial numbers document.\r\n      Below is a summary of the four agreements (in the format Document ID, Number of servers, Product):\r\n      1,  1 ,  843374-425\r\n      2,  2,  843374-425\r\n      3,  3,  843374-425\r\n      4,  24,  755258-B21\r\n        \r\n      The level of cover being requested is: HPE Tech Care Essential SVC to include onsite engineering support, replacement parts, technical support and general technical guidance.\r\n      \r\n      Key points to take into consideration when completing the tender response.\r\n      o It is a key requirement that the support and maintenance agreement is backed to HPE and that ICT Services can continue to raise incidents and service requests directly with HPE in full for each service agreement.\r\n      Any proposals not utilising direct HPE support will be rejected.\r\n      \r\n           Q. Is the hardware and software support in your proposal backed directly to HPE? [YES|NO]\r\n      o Please provide one single quotation covering all four agreements. \r\n      o Each quotation needs to be linked to the correct HPE agreement number and sub-total for that quotation with a final total covering all four agreements.\r\n      o We do not want to consolidate all four agreements into a new single agreement ID for logistical reasons.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nPlease submit a project correspondence requesting the agreement IDs and serial number documents.\r\nAll quotes will need to be submitted on the In-Tend portal.\r\n\r\nIs a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No",
