    "description": "Amesbury Town Council is responsible for the public conveniences in Central Car Park, Amesbury and the Bowman Centre, Shears Drive Amesbury, additionally it is installing a compostable toilet near to its allotments on Stockport Avenue, Amesbury.  We are seeking tenders from competent contractors to ensure that the conveniences at both sites and the Bowman Centre are clean, safe and fully operational throughout the agreed opening times.\r\n\r\nTo ensure that the public conveniences at Central Car Park are cleaned and secured daily (7 days a week)\r\nTo provide a clean environment for hirers of the Bowman Centre (weekends only)\r\nTo clean the compostable toilet at Stockport Avenue (weekly)\r\n\r\nAmesbury Town Council will consider a number of factors when appointing a contractor:\r\nQuality of Service - please provide examples of contracts held and references where available.\r\nValue for money - the Town Council does not necessarily accept the cheapest tender.\r\n\r\nThe successful bidder will be offered the contract for a period of 3 years, subject to service provision, commencing 1st July 2025.\r\n\r\nSubmissions via email to townclerk@amesburytowncouncil.gov.uk",
