    "description": "The Authority wishes to award a contract for a Microsoft Licensing Solution Partner through CCS RM6098 Technology Products \u0026 Associated Services 2 - Lot 3: Software.\r\n\r\nThe Authority requires a Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner to facilitate Microsoft Volume Licensing to cover the current and future Microsoft estate as well an enabling the Authority\u0027s NYES Digital service to operate as a reseller to its schools and commercial customers as its traded service offering. \r\n\r\nThe Contract will be for a period of 3 years 09 June 2025 - 08 June 2028 with an option to extend for a further period of 6 months 09 June 2028 - 08 December 2028. Therefore, the total possible Contract duration is 3 years + 6 months. \r\n\r\nCore charges are estimated to be up to \u00a315,417,500 total. The maximum contract value is \u00a322,417,500 where the Authority takes additional products and services permissible under the Contract.\r\nThe estimated annual charge subject to true-up or true-down is \u00a33,840,691.72.",
