New government legislation (the Environment Act 2021) requires the Council to offer a separate food recycling collection and to meet this requirement Birmingham City Council\u0027s Trade Waste Services will be introducing a new commercial food waste collection service for all its new and existing customers. The Council will enter into a contract with the preferred supplier under Birmingham City Council\u0027s standard terms and conditions of contract.",
