    "description": "The works associated with this contract can be summarised by the following: - Annual fire damper testing (mechanical) on all assets identified in the tender documentation - Quarterly fire and smoke damper testing (electronic) on all assets identified in the tender documentation As a primary service provider for Nottingham Trent University, the winning contractor shall be invited to price for remedial items associated with the functionality and compliance of the fire damper asset. Additionally, if any issues are discovered with the fire damper asset\u0027s fire compartmentation, affecting fire integrity, the contractor shall be invited to price for any remedial works either through a Nottingham Trent University approved contractor or directly (depending on winning contractors credential approval). Note that Nottingham Trent University procurement policies are to be adhered to at all times.",
