The money will pay for all plant, materials and labour from getting the site at West End park from a flat field to a finished ROSPA inspected,\r\napproved facility.\r\n\r\nThe facility which will be built from dirt and\r\nasphalt is a gateway to developing a lifelong\r\ninterest in a sport - not only cycling but also\r\nother wheeled sports like skateboarding,\r\nscooters roller skating and wheelchairs.\r\n\r\nThe track will offer an affordable low barrier to\r\nentry facility, whilst encouraging cycling\r\nparticipation, developing cycle skills and rider\r\nconfidence all in a safe controlled environment.",
