    "description": "This procurement falls below the Light Touch Regime\r\n\r\nIn the summer of 2024, the City Corporation conducted a gap analysis of the current service provision of mentoring across London. The research identified several communities underserved by the current mentoring provision. The City Corporation is \r\nseeking to close these gaps, creating opportunities for care-experienced youth, as well as for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND herein). This targeted intervention will address the specific needs of the target groups, supporting young people to build positive, transformative relationships that promote the personal and professional development of service users. \r\n\r\nThe estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions.
