Description

The council is looking for a suitably qualified Consultant to carry out detailed decarbonisation plans of 15 identified council buildings across Staffordshire. Consultants are invited to submit proposals to undertake work and report on baseline energy profiles, carbon reduction and renewable energy / heat generation options, deliverability and investment versus return on investment. Recommendations will also be provided for prioritisation of works, potential funding models and next steps towards delivery.
