    "description": "The Growth Company (GC) is seeking to appoint a Full Service Marketing services provider.  The successful supplier will support GM Business Growth Hub as well as other parts of the GC Group Companies.\r\n\r\nThis Contract is being commissioned by the Growth Company, however the primary day to day client of the contract will be GM Business Growth Hub (the Hub) and the Hub\u0027s key requirements have been identified within this tender document.  There will be an ad hoc need for other parts of the GC group of companies to call off from the contract.  \r\n\r\nThe hub will primarily be supported through a monthly retainer model with the chosen supplier, however, additional project based pieces of work will be called off by other parts of the GC Group and by the Hub for work outside of the retainer provision. \r\n\r\nThere will be a requirement to work with other agencies, suppliers and third-party partners, including contracted suppliers for copywriting, PR Services, website design, direct mail, electronic direct mail, videography/photography and print services.\r\n\r\nKey deliverables are:\r\n\r\n1) Monthly Retainer Services.\r\n2) Campaign Strategy and Planning.\r\n3) Digital Marketing and Social Media.\r\n4) Content Development and Design.\r\n5) Website development.\r\n6) Data and insight driven activity.\r\n7) Reporting and Performance monitoring. \r\n\r\nTo apply for this tender opportunity, please register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://app.panacea-software.com/growth\r\n\r\nOnce you have accessed the site, to view the opportunity you need to navigate to \u0027Register Interest\u0027, click the \u0027Participate\u0027 Button, then navigate to \u0027My Questionnaires\u0027 where you will be able to download the documents.
