Description

Secondment of 6 Grant Thornton Staff to NHSE band 9 finance roles in national pilot of new financial improvement approach in Northamptonshire acute NHS providers. Scope of work includes: • rapid assessment & qualification and savings realisation phases, working with pilot trust staff to develop: i. approaches, tools, analysis and reporting to underpin, embed and sustain improvement ii. advise and develop support and coaching programmes where needed covering leadership, financial management & reporting, programme management & governance, data & analytics, operational and clinical engagement iii. overarching framework for improving and embedding cultural change via communication, induction and training
