    "description": "Procured via NHS Shared Business Services Framework - SBS10044: \r\nDigital Workplace: Hardware (Link 3) Lot 6 One Stop Shop, in accordance with buying guidance for University Hospitals Bristol \u0026 Weston NHS Foundation Trust. \r\n\r\nBristol \u0026 Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) are NHS employees hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust whose specialism is procurement. \r\n\r\nBWPC support local Trusts and Healthcare Providers with all aspects of clinical and non-clinical purchasing, supply chain management and capital equipping.\r\n\r\nUsing our e-procurement portal, we conducted a mini-competition inviting all suppliers registered on Lot 6 One Stop Shop of the framework, issuing them with our requirement and the option to quote within the required timeframe.  \r\n\r\nThe Trust required suppliers to quote for the following goods: \r\n\r\nLenovo L16, CTO 21L4CTO1WW, Qty 275\r\nLenovo L14, CTO 21L2CTO1WW, Qty 200\r\nLenovo M70s, CTO 12U2CTO1WW, Qty 160\r\nLenovo M70q, CTO 12TECTO1WW, Qty 20\r\n\r\nThe Trust were not able to accept any product substitutions for this opportunity. \r\n\r\nThe winning bidder would be required to supply product in recyclable packaging and provide a \"take back\" on all waste/packaging as part of the bid.  \t\t\r\n\r\nSuppliers were evaluated on 100% Price for this requirement.   \r\n\r\nSuppliers who are interested in doing business with our clients in future can register with our e-procurement solution  SAP Business Network  for free via https://supplier.ariba.com/",
