    "description": "Ofgem is looking to undertaking the recruitment of graduates within the organisation. This may include recruiting up to 30 graduates between the two graduate schemes - Graduate Scheme and Digital Graduate Scheme. However, due to the anticipated high volume of applications, Ofgem requires support from a supplier to manage the initial stages of candidate assessment.\r\nThe supplier will be required design and implement an attraction and assessment process from the point of application.  All candidate management and communications will be managed by the supplier.  The awarded supplier will also be supporting the facilitation of the assessment centres on behalf of Ofgem.  They will be responsible for providing services include licensing and unit costs for gamified psychometric testing and video interviews.",
