    "description": "You are invited to submit a quotation for the provision of a service for collection and disposal of deceased waterfowl from Birmingham Pools and Parks.\r\n\r\nBirmingham has a large number of natural and manmade lakes and reservoirs, which are home to a variety of bird species. The UK has for some time seen a high incidence of Avian Influenza as well as outbreaks of botulism. During outbreaks of these diseases Birmingham City Council requires a supplier to provide a service for the removal of waterfowl corpses from the water and the waters edge in order to comply with public health protection and avian influenza regulations.
