    "description": "WP 15.04 IEP Access and Retaining wall\r\n      \r\n      Scope\r\n      The scope consists of two key components:\r\n      A new/altered access route at the west end of the Hitachi IEP Depot to facilitate construction works for the wider project.\r\n      A new retaining wall structure to retain the IEP Depot infrastructure whilst also forming the eastern boundary of the new Old Oak Common Lane alignment.\r\n       \r\n      The following will be required:\r\n      Detailed design, supply and installation of the above scope.\r\n      Fully coordinated design with the existing and new Old Oak Common Lane alignments, Part 2/3 bridge structure, utilities through Old Oak Common Lane and the GWML UTX tunnels.\r\n      Provide RIBA 5 design and construction drawings including setting out detailing, general arrangements, and elevation drawings for construction.\r\n      Provide samples and construct a mock up in accordance with the Old Oak Common Lane Schedule 17 architectural requirements\r\n      IEP Depot Access Route (Stage 2) - the ramp\r\n      The existing access route in the southwest corner of the Hitachi IEP Depot needs adapting to suit Old Oak Common (BBVS and SRSA) construction traffic requirements.\r\n      IEP Depot Retaining Wall \r\n      Construction of a new bored piled retaining wall supporting the embankment to the south west corner of the IEP Depot.\r\n      Piling, plunge columns, concrete planks, masonry finish, backfilling, RC concrete\r\n      Could separate our piling/plunge columns from other works\r\n      Piling could be incorporated into the highways scope\r\n       \r\n      Utility diversions to enable works above\r\n      Several existing utilities running through the IEP Depot will need to be diverted or managed before major civils and excavation works can commence. These include:\r\n      Foul sewer\r\n      Multiple LV electricity supplies\r\n      Telecoms",
