    "description": "To carry out the replacement of the 3G football pitch at Whittington Park as per the scope of work below:\r\n\r\nPitch development scope of works*:\r\nSite set up\r\nPreliminary costs (messing and welfare)\r\nRemove existing synthetic turf and disposal\r\nCareful inspection of existing in situ shockpad\r\nClean facility footprint\r\nInstall new infill migration mitigation features (500mm minimum height kickboard panels, 2Nr boot cleaning stations at\r\nplayers entrance, 2Nr boot cleaning grates (two doubles)\r\nLocalised repairs to pitch base in eastern goalmouth and associated shockpad works above the base repair\r\nInstall new SBR rubber infilled 3G synthetic turf layer (minimum 50mm pile length)\r\nSite entrance reinstatement\r\nNew pitch surfacing system to meet FIFA Quality standard and the completed pitch will be tested for inclusion on FA\r\npitch register.\r\n\r\nWith potential works to include (extra over costs required - not to include in tender sum):\r\nRemoval and installation of new shockpad if existing shockpad found not to be suitable (tenderer to propose type of\r\nshockpad to be used)\r\nExtra over cost for new alternative infill carpet and shockpad system to meet FIFA Quality\r\nProvide after care (12-month period, 6Nr visits)\r\nNew full sized and small sized free standing football goals\r\n This opportunity has been distributed on adamprocure.co.uk",
